Early Sunday morning, 21-year-old actor, Shia LaBeouf was asked to leave a Walgreens in downtown Chicago by a security guard who suspected LaBeouf had had too much to drink. When the star of "Transformers" refused to vacate the store, the guard called the police, who arrested the actor. After being taken into custody, LaBeouf's behavior was depicted by police as "very courteous and polite" and his bond was posted before 7 a.m. that morning. It's never fun to hear young stars involved in their first highly-publicized scuffle with the law, but I guess being drunk in public isn't too bad, considering he could have been snagged for something worse like a DUI or attacking someone. But still, I'd like to hope that this isn't the beginning of some fall from grace because I feel like my list of out-of-control starlets is already full. The only way to put a new one on there, is to make sure that someone already on the list has been successfully rehabbed.

Oh, I think one incident at age 20 isn't a big deal. Maybe he needed condoms. If so, then good for him for making the effort and who among us hasn't been somewhat billigerent at some point while drinking and out way too late?

Unfortunately, it looks like Shia LaBeouf's alcohol problem did escalate to driving under the influence. Come on, Shia, get your act together. Take some time off if you need to!
