Here's pics from the WITNESS Focus for Change benefit that took place on Wednesday night in NYC. What they do is provide people with cameras, video recorders, and cell phones and a place to upload so people can record human rights violations. Like when the boyfriend makes me watch "Modern Marvels" on the History Channel. That footage is certainly going up there. Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Gabriel hosted the event. When did Peter go completely bald? Did he wear a wig all those years? Everyone gives Maggie a hard time because she's not your typical Hollywood beauty but she's been the best thing in several films. Check out "Sherrybaby", she's hot in it as white trash. Give Maggie a chance. And while you're at it, consider why Susan Sarandon conducts herself with dignity and acts her age while Goldie Hawn's old chest destroys that gown and her bottom lip is practically covering her chin.

Goldie sweetheart, what did you do? I loved you the way you were. With almost no mak-up, only eye-liner and a bit of lip gloss. This way is almost similar as a Clown!! I really love it when somebody shows her/his age. Don't try to look younger..............WHY?

Who's dissing on Goldie? I said she looks good for her age but let's face it, women of her age (and MINE, 47) can't wear the clothes that 20/30 year olds wear unless we've had some major surgery. That's just part of getting older - without a plastic surgeon!
