New starlet DUI drama has emerged. Mischa Barton was busted early this morning for driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics. She was pulled over in West Hollywood, CA in her white Range Rover and is currently being kept on $10,000 bail. I really hope she was trying to smuggle cocaine in her Keds.
