to anyone who doesnt know a thing about fitness and has never walked into a gym for some serious workout,if her hands look like this thats because her body fat levels are so low so that theres no fat left under her skin.
it takes much work to get to such a level of fitness(specialy for a woman).
i think her body is well toned and everything is right about it.madonna is a good picture of a woman and could be a great role model(comparin' to victoria beckham or paris hilton who barley have anything but bones and skin)she's strong,works hard and at the same time she's hot and sexy.
