Penelope Cruz must be floating on air. She's finally with a man who can understand what she's saying. She should have dated a fellow Spanish actor a long time ago! Instead, she tormented a whole bunch of gringo idiots who couldn't figure out if she was hungry, tired, happy or sad. It was just inintelligible squeaking and giggling.
Here she is with her lover, Javier Bardem in Nice, France over the weekend. She sort of looks avian in these shots. Like a shorter version of an ostrich. I think the turtleneck is defeating her.

Amen to the fact that Javier is a very masculine virile looking man, with no "pretty boy" image at all. It is refreshing to see a star like he is, not to mention his amazing filmography, both Spanish and English movies.
He goes back to some earlier male stars in movies years ago, like Robert Mitchum for example. Rough looking but handsome at the same time. I'll take one of those for Xmas please!!!
