Ricky Martin was in Cambodia on Saturday, to promote the fight against human trafficking. Ricky visited the city of Siem Reap, where he held babies and listened to the song of a 14-year-old rape victim. This world is so evil. Fight the good fight, Enrique.
"I'm not going to stop," Ricky said emphatically. "All of you are my heroes. You are a gift of my life."
Ricky arrived in the country on Wednesday and met with the interior minister. He also visited several projects run by non-governmental organizations fighting child trafficking and sexual exploitation. Cambodia is apparently one of the places to go if you want to buy a human for cheap. *shiver*
The A-list gays can do good work. It's not all bronzing and the gym and Kylie Minogue.
